Salmon Veggie Balls
These Salmon Veggie Balls are the perfect little bites for toddlers.
A great way to introduce your little one to new flavours and texture while they self feed.
Ideal for toddlers 1yo+
Serves: 20 balls
YOU WILL NEED
300g salmon
1 orange kumara
1 zucchini grated
1 carrot grated
Salt & pepper (optional)
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
Remove the skin of the kumara, cut into chunks and boil until soft and ready to mash, set aside to cool down.
In a food processor, mix the kumara and chopped salmon and blitz.
Grate the carrot and zucchini, drain and add to the kumara and salmon mix.
With wet hands, roll out balls and place on a baking tray with baking paper ready to bake.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked and golden.
