Healthy Kids Smoothies
Give these 3 delicious organic smoothies a go! Coloured smoothies are a great way of hiding fruit and veggies into your little ones diet.
Ideal for toddlers 12mo+
Serves: 3
YOU WILL NEED
Broccoli & Mango Smoothie:
1 cup oob organic frozen mango
2-3 oob organic frozen broccoli florets (thawed)
1 scoop vanilla yoghurt
1/2 cup coconut water
1 tsp flaxseed
Spinach and Blueberry
a handful of oob organic frozen spinach (thawed)
1/4 cup oob organic frozen blueberries
1/2 cup oat milk
1 small banana
1/4 cup rolled oats
Raspberries and Banana
1/4 cup oob organic frozen raspberries
1/4 cup oob organic frozen sliced banana
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp chia seeds
METHOD
Select a smoothie recipe and blend all the ingredients together.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
