Healthy Kids Smoothies

 


Give these 3 delicious organic smoothies a go! Coloured smoothies are a great way of hiding fruit and veggies into your little ones diet.

Ideal for toddlers 12mo+

Serves: 3

YOU WILL NEED

Broccoli & Mango Smoothie:

  • 1 cup oob organic frozen mango

  • 2-3 oob organic frozen broccoli florets (thawed)

  • 1 scoop vanilla yoghurt

  • 1/2 cup coconut water

  • 1 tsp flaxseed

Spinach and Blueberry

  • a handful of oob organic frozen spinach (thawed)

  • 1/4 cup oob organic frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 cup oat milk

  • 1 small banana

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

Raspberries and Banana

  • 1/4 cup oob organic frozen raspberries

  • 1/4 cup oob organic frozen sliced banana

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

METHOD

  • Select a smoothie recipe and blend all the ingredients together.

  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
