Avocado Greek Yogurt Dip with sliced Vegetables

INGREDIENTS
1 avocado
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup coriander or parsley
Juice of 1 lime
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped onion
Vegetables of choice, sliced
METHOD
Place avocado, yogurt, coriander, lime juice, salt and onion into in food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a small bowl and serve with sliced vegetables of choice.
