STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

This fresh summer smoothie recipe is a toddler-friendly favourite that will please mum & dad too!
A super quick recipe that you can also freeze and turn into small fruit pops.

Serves 1

Ideal for toddlers 1yo+

YOU WILL NEED

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries (if frozen, let thaw for a few minutes to soften before blending)

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of organic milk

  • 1 tsp honey

METHOD

  • Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth.
