Muffin Tin Pizzas

Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry
1 cup tomato sauce or tomato paste
1 cup grated cheese
12 slices of salami or ham, halved
Handful parsley, roughly chopped
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grease a muffin pan with olive oil.
Roll out the puff pastry and divide into 6 squares (approx. 8cm sides).
Add a tablespoon of tomato sauce onto each square and top with salami and cheese. Repeat for all 12 squares. Sprinkle with parsley.
Transfer the muffin pan to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until puffed and golden.
Remove from oven and allow to cool down for a little while before removing the pizza puffs from the muffin pan. Sprinkle with extra parsley if needed and enjoy.
