This Banana Smoothie recipe is toddler-friendly, but also yummy for grown ups too! The perfect snack or breakfast option, filled with natural sweetness with the combination of banana, dates and cinnamon.

YOU WILL NEED

  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas

  • 1 cup of milk or almond milk

  • 2 medjool dates

  • pinch of cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
