GREEN SMOOTHIE FOR MUMS

This cleansing smoothie is a great way to boost your metabolism and kick start your busy week. The banana and cashew butter make a great base for a thick, creamy smoothie. Use frozen banana for an even thicker smoothie. Naturally sweetened with dates, this green smoothie is hard to resist!

Serves 1

YOU WILL NEED

  • 1 Tbsp cashew butter

  • 1 handful of curly kale

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1-2 medjool dates (stones removed)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

  • pinch of sea salt

METHOD

  • Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender and garnish with bee pollen or your favourite superfood topping.
