GREEN SMOOTHIE FOR MUMS
This cleansing smoothie is a great way to boost your metabolism and kick start your busy week. The banana and cashew butter make a great base for a thick, creamy smoothie. Use frozen banana for an even thicker smoothie. Naturally sweetened with dates, this green smoothie is hard to resist!
Serves 1
YOU WILL NEED
1 Tbsp cashew butter
1 handful of curly kale
2 frozen bananas
1-2 medjool dates (stones removed)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup of water
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
METHOD
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender and garnish with bee pollen or your favourite superfood topping.
