Broccoli & Almond Bites

 

These Broccoli & Almond Bites will be the perfect lunchbox meal for your toddler or a healthy and nutritious gluten free option for the family !

Ideal for 1 yr+

YOU WILL NEED

  • 3 cups of fresh or frozen broccoli florets

  • 1 large free-range egg

  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

  • 2/3 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

METHOD

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C

  • Steam broccoli for 5 minutes, drain and finely chop into small pieces.

  • Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.

  • Put the broccoli mixture in your cupcake tray and bake for 25 minutes until golden.
