Broccoli & Almond Bites
These Broccoli & Almond Bites will be the perfect lunchbox meal for your toddler or a healthy and nutritious gluten free option for the family !
Ideal for 1 yr+
YOU WILL NEED
3 cups of fresh or frozen broccoli florets
1 large free-range egg
1/2 cup grated cheese
2/3 cup almond flour
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 200°C
Steam broccoli for 5 minutes, drain and finely chop into small pieces.
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Put the broccoli mixture in your cupcake tray and bake for 25 minutes until golden.
