Asparagus, Apple & Blueberry Puree

Serves: 2

Preparation: 5 minutes       

Cooking: 5 minutes

Ingredients:  

1 small bunch asparagus

1 apple, cut in half

¼ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

Method:

In a medium saucepan, add the cubed asparagus and enough water to cover the asparagus. Simmer for 5 minutes. Drain and let cool.

Add the asparagus, apple and blueberries to a food processor and blend until smooth. Add water liquid if needed. Pour into a bowl or 2 jars.
